Material Fine quality special kutchi hand embroidery mashru silk kurta material. The Kutch Embroidery is a handicraft and textile signature art tradition of the tribal community of kutch district in Gujarat. This embroidery with its rich designs has made a notable contribution to the Indian embroidery traditions. The embroidery, practiced normally by women is generally done on fabrics of cotton, in the form of a net using cotton or silk thread.
Mashru fabric is made with mix of silk and cotton threads to create a textile that is simple cotton on one side and rich appearance of glistening silk on the other. This intriguing weave technique results in a shiny surface that resembles silk fabric from the outside, with the comfortable of cotton in the inner side of the clothing. It has a bright contrasting texture.
